Saturday was a blissful evening
His heart, filled with love
Eyes which were rolling sea of grief opened suddenly to break his dream
For him, it was a shift away from routine
Chuckled his fate, a pity, for having no time for him and his heart

office, with ideas flowing in to have some fun
But he thought of Monday, which was soon to come
What’s to be done and whom to meet on Sunday- the next day to come

On his way back, he sat on a crinkled surface, engrossed in the lieu brainstorming,
about his closest one
Thought of fun vanished, like a setting sun.
his mind cranked, his thoughts crunched and centered to the closest one
Engrossed in his thoughts, he sat in his balcony for hours
Later, he realised that he is missing his other part
The one which was trusted, one which was loved and the one who was beloved

He was thoughtless and decided to approach the roof-top
As if roof will offer him the needed smile and cheer

climbed up the apartment to reach the roof
So high, to 48th floor.
Exhausted was he, left with no oxygen to breathe, just to set his heart free.
The sweat resulted his clothes, wet
The darkness he saw, his heart pumped faster, the fears started to gather,
He fall down on the floor, his eyes wide open to catch a glimpse of light
For a moment he thought he was blind.
Breaking his notion, a ray of light caught his eye,
opening the light of visibility to pass by
He saw the marvel of sky, where all stars gathered for him to get rid of sigh
His heart shouted, but didn't sound
This was due to his long lasted pain, in which he was bound
The stars in the sky seem to have gathered for him
To frame a peaceful picture for him
He drew a picture with sky as a canvas and stars as his reference points
The picture he completed, which gifted him the needed smile
His heart was filled with joy and his watery eyes were smiling with love
A love which he didn't forgot but was taken away by these stars
Coming back to reality he uttered some real feelings which he hide for long and shouted it loud-
“I hope, she is with you and that's why you shine
You don't have your own brightness to show us, right?”
So high, to 48th floor.
